Panama City, Fla. -- The top-ranked softball team fell to #11 Moravian 1-0 in the Silver Bracket semifinals at the NFCA Leadoff Classic. Junior pitcher Carly Myers (Claremont Secondary/Victoria, British Columbia) tossed a complete game for Ithaca, allowing one earned run on five hits with two strikeouts.

The Greyhounds (7-2) plated the only run of the game on a RBI single from junior infielder Beth Paly (Whitehall/Whitehall, Pa.) and pitcher sophomore Kristie Pellicani (Sparta/Sparta, N.J.) made it hold up as she limited the Bombers to three hits with three strikeouts over seven innings.

Ithaca (3-2) will play in the third-place game at 1:30 p.m. against Babson.
